Service Description

We offer a series of bespoke relaxation packages to help you de-stress and clear your mind. Each relaxation session lasts 30 minutes and can be personalised to suit your needs. These can be completed online or face to face The first half of the session will guide you into a calm and relaxed state, where you can then drift away with positive, uplifting messages aimed at increasing confidence, improving self-esteem, aiding the ability to break habits, feel more able to deal with life’s difficult situations.
